Please HELP ME!!

Question

OK so here is what is happening for me when I try to play sims. So each time I just to start the sims luncher it keeps saying&nbsp;http://launcherapi.thesims3.com/launcher/loading.html?o=3&amp;g=���&#1;&amp;s=��������&#31;��8�&#127;&amp;z=: error and its ask if i would like to conutine or ignore. so I ignore it to see what happens and it conutines like normal and then once i have been playing for about 10mins it starts having problems and the just shuts off my game altogether. SO PLEASE HELP ME&nbsp;

What's your operating system?
Does the launcher start?
Are you getting any error messages?
How far do you get, try to describe what happens in as much details as possible (without getting too lenghty)
Do all installed games show up in the Origin client?
Which base game version do you have: http://sims3.crinrict.com/en/2014/02/sims-3-base-game-versions.html
Which Security Software are you using (Firewall, Antivirus)?
Do you have the disc or download version or a mix?
Do you have any files with xctp in your documents\electronicarts	hesims3\ folder ? (those are crash logs)?
