Please HELP ME!!
OK so here is what is happening for me when I try to play sims. So each time I just to start the sims luncher it keeps saying http://launcherapi.thesims3.com/launcher/loading.html?o=3&g=���&s=������...

Please answer the following questions: (Thanks to Crinrict)
- What's your operating system?
- Does the launcher start?
- Are you getting any error messages?
- How far do you get, try to describe what happens in as much details as possible (without getting too lenghty)
- Do all installed games show up in the Origin client?
- Which base game version do you have: http://sims3.crinrict.com/en/2014/02/sims-3-base-game-versions.html
- Which Security Software are you using (Firewall, Antivirus)?
- Do you have the disc or download version or a mix?
- Do you have any files with xctp in your documents\electronicarts\thesims3\ folder ? (those are crash logs)?
