@motherdingo Do you not have access to Origin anymore, which is normal; or do you not have access to the email address you used in Origin? That's all you need: sign into the EA App with that same address, and your content should all appear in your game library.
If you can't access the email anymore, you might be able to recover the account. You'll need to contact EA customer support:
Open the link in a private browser window and choose the "can't login" option when you see it. Gather whatever evidence you can that the account originally belonged to you, for example it might help to provide photos of your discs, their cases, and the product codes.
If this doesn't work out, external disc drives are cheap.

Can I ask,if I do have a CD Rom, will the disks actually work?
@motherdingo They should work, yes. But if you want to be sure, borrow a CD drive from a friend to test with. If it works, buy the same model, or maybe buy it from your friend if they don't have any use for it.
