Pre-Made Sims Crash
Whenever I go on pre-made sims while making a household, my game crashes. Everything else works perfectly fine. Is there any way I can fix this? And what causes this to happen? Thank You 🙂

Are you willing to try a third party tool ? There's a tool called crash log analyzer (just google).
It's not a magic tool that can stop the crashes but it can give an indication to where the error lies. Just copy the errors you get to the clipboard and post them here.
This tool is not supported by EA so you'll be using it at your own risk
Um... I installed it and I don't know what just happened... After i downloaded the crash log analyzer it started installing something else. I am really confused..
What does it install ? You did download it from ModTheSims, right ?
It should really only install the tool.

Yes I did install it from MTS and I'm sure it is the one you're talking about because it shows your comment on the website. I'll try again. Hopefully it works.

Just so you know I tried removing all CC but i still had the same problem so I re-installed them.
Looks like your graphic card isn't properly recognized by the game.
