I pre-ordered a digital copy of the Sims 3 Island Paradise, I live in Europe, it's the 27th, then why does Origin still says that it has not been released yet? Who can I actually contact? Because I had enough asking questions around in different forums
I'm a US customer and somehow my order got flagged as one of the Euro releases and I haven't been able to resolve my problem either despite two contacts with EA customer support who verified my copy is in fact for US release and paid for by a US bank credit card and my residence is here as well.
I've done everything - uninstalled and reinstalled the Origin client and restarted and still cannot download the game. It states it's to be released June 27th, today, at 6:00 pm, and I've been waiting since the US release of the 25th and unable to play a game I specifically pre-ordered. It's very frustrating.
yes i know exactly what you mean im here thinking OMG can finally play then BOOM says it not released. They should have the decentcy to mention the time as well !
Stuck in a 50 min queue when I earlier asked an adviser can I download this at lets say 00:01 on the Friday and he said yes

mine still isnt working i am in uk what can i do people who didnt pre order can already play their game very annoyed
