pressing play doesn't do anything...just from the first installation and update...please help!

i have windows 7 this is the First installation of the game and just completed the updated of course i have the original.just the base game via origin the only programm that is also open is irefox...

Your graphics card info looks a bit weird. 

I would try to reinstall the latest Nvidia drivers and resetting the graphic card to factory settings.
