problem downloading re:installshieldwizard message

I am trying to download "The Sims 3 Generations Expansion pack" and the following message comes up can anyone help

" X An error (-5006 0x80070005) has occured while running setup.

please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications.

if the error occurs, please contact your vendor : electronic arts.

@XxCerysReesxx Try if it downloads if you click on i on the game in Origin and then choose download from there.

we have treid that but just before it completely install's the message I posted appears and it stops installing.

Then try restarting your computer and clean out your windows	emp directory.
