Problem redeeming code.

Im trying to redeem my code so i can download my game, i write in the code for the sims 3, check of the "i agree" box, and press redeem. Then nothing more happens. It's just staying in the same page, working, i've tried to wait for a long time but then i get logged out. What can i do?
