Sometime ago, i bought two games and because i deleted the e-mails, i could not find the redeem codes. I tried, and i found the product code of the one game but i cannot do the redeem nowhere. And now, i read, that the refund can be used within 14 days. So i spent some money for 2 games, that i cannot use in anyway, and i cannot ask for a refund too. Perfrect!
marizanik What games did you buy? For Sims 3 itself or any expansion or stuff pack, you can open your EA App library and click the Redeem Code button, then add the code. For Store worlds, you need to go to the Store site (store.thesims3.com) and click the Redeem a Code button at the bottom of the page. The game and its EPs and SPs can also be registered on this site; just use the Register a Game button.
