I finalyy was able to talk to Allen at the help center and he was amazing and fixed my problem. Ended up having to get a new product code but he did his job. Unfortunately I still had to go thru one chat rep that didn't know what the heck she was talking about then blew me off because she couldn't figure out the problem. BAD BUSINESS EA, you should only employ people that know what they are doing and have customer service experience!!!! But problem solved thanks to Allen T.😕mileyvery-happy:
