Product code already redeemed - code already in use....? Origin Sims 3

The issue is I had a EA account under madlax144 for a while since 07, I haven't been on in a while around 1-2 years , when I went to sign in I had to re-register my account, well all my registered games weren't there anymore when I re-registered and now I can't redeem my codes to register them onto the site, I don't really know what to do I want to use the exchange but I can't cause my sims games aren't registered but when I try to re-register them it says they were already used , they were already used but BY ME. I had sims 3 sims 3 pets ambitions and world adventures.  idk what to do, how do i register my games now?
