hey there, i bought the sims 3 pc game on the CD (the base game) when i tried to install it said that i need a product key which should have been sent by email or on the inside of the discs case. i have no product key anywhere!! what do i do?
There should be a pamphlet in the case the the disc came in. The code you need is on the back of that pamphlet. If you get not get that pamphlet you could return to the point of purchase and ask for a replacement product. You could talk to a EA game consultant and they may give you a code but as you don't have a code now they may not give you a replacement code. Your best bet is to try the vendor where you bought the game.
