No, I'm afraid not. Sims 3 games (and save files, expansion packs, etc) are restricted to the system they were purchased for. E.g. you can't play Sims 3 MAC/OS on a PC, or vice versa. Similarly, you can't play the PS3 version on PC, because in essence they are separate games.
