PUPPET LOOKING CHILDREN!!!
Okay....Im desperste for this sooo
My children look like puppets and i have no idea how that happened the cheeks, chin, forehead bumps all that became puffed up please help

- Could you post a picture ? To do so, change to window mode and press Print Screen to take a pic. Paste that into Paint and save it. Then upload the picture to a third party image sharing site like imageshack and then post the link here.
They do look weird.
Are you using custom content ? Have you been downloading stuff from the Exchange ?Looks like it's a skin. You could try a differend one. Left from the skintone meter you can select a skin. 😕mileyhappy:
So you tried resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-3/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps/td-p/714/ and they still look like that ?
You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files and make a backup.
