Purchase not showing in Billing History
Today I bought the 3 world bundle offer. I have the receipt from Origin and Paypal. However, it is not showing up in my Purchase history nor the Billing History. Sick of the frustration of trying to get some answers - I decided to just get a refund. Having followed that line of enquiry which quite frankly is a red herring because all the site takes you to is the same frustrating 'get back in game' game advisor screen - I am sick and tired of EA and everything associated with it. Having supported them for many years I now find their level of customer service intolerable. That's it for me.
But please can somebody please tell me how to get my money back? The Customer service links you are giving in this forum just take me through the same frustrating procedure which doesn't give me anything but the option to go back where i started.

- Choose the US flag at the bottom if it isn't already
- Click on this link: Live Chat (I tried to fill out the necessary fields for you so that you can directly go to live chat)
- Click on Chat Now and wait until your connected to an game advisor (it sometimes takes very long even when it says 5 min.

Turn out I ordered the box version of this bundle. There is no digital download for a PC. So it has been shipped now and I am just waiting for it to arrive.
