Purchased Botanical Garden and it is not appearing in Community Lots

I know how to download, install, and locate community lots and place them. I bought this one and it's simply not there. And of course I can't figure out any way to get EA to actually answer my question.

this is a set (not a venue) sets are usually buid/buy items ,the items wil be in clothing CAS send your sim to a dresser-plan outfit for the new clothing mirror-change&nbsp;apperance for the hair the egg chair probs in the sofa section the plants your sim may need to found the seeds or look in buydebug for the new plants
