Purchased Botanical Garden and it is not appearing in Community Lots

I know how to download, install, and locate community lots and place them. I bought this one and it's simply not there. And of course I can't figure out any way to get EA to actually answer my questi...

this is a set (not a venue) sets are usually buid/buy items ,the items wil be in clothing CAS send your sim to a dresser-plan outfit for the new clothing mirror-change apperance for the hair the egg chair probs in the sofa section the plants your sim may need to found the seeds or look in buydebug for the new plants
