purchased games not showing up in origin

I purchased The Sims 3 Expansion Bundle for Generations and World Adventures and it has not downloaded and will not show up under My Games. I have checked to make sure my order was processed and it shows as Completed, I have logged out of Origins, and I have uninstalled/reinstalled Origins and my game still will not show up or download.

    I'm having the same issue, I have bought the sims3 base game, pets and dragon and none of these show up in origin, and it has nothing to do with the new layout, they simply aren't there. I tried inputting the serial number again but the site wouldn't allow me to.

    @amyvandenb54 In this case, please contact an Advisor as they can double check the code and your account:

    1. Click on the following link: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ (once there make sure that your country is correctly selected in top left hand corner of Help.EA.com)
    2. Find the affected game (if it's an account issue select Origin) and select Next
    3. Select your platform and then 'Next' 
    4. Select topic from the drop down menus, type in a short description of your issue and select 'Next'.
    5. Select a contact option. Please note that available contact options do depend on your country settings and time of day.
