Purchased Item not appearing in Purchase History

I recently purchased the "Monte Vista" town bundle from the online store and the purchase is not appearing in my purchase history tab.  I have waited several hours for it to appear but nothing appears.  I was billed for the purchase, and the only thing that appears in my billing history is that I bought 100 simpoints for $20!  As a result I can not download my purchase.  The download button appears next to the "Monte Vista" picture on the online store, but nothing happens.  Any ideas?  Or did EA just take my money?

    I had the same problem.  But after an hour or so, the Download button did finally appear on the Monte Vista page and I was able to download it.  It's been two days and it still doesn't show up in my Purchase History.  I wish EA would fix this problem.

    Same exact problem. I purchased Monte Vista over an hour ago with the 100 Sim Points. Nothing appears in my purchase history. I do not have the option to dowload in my download bar.....

  • It's a day later and Monte Vista still isn't appearing on my Purchase History.

    My Billing History shows the 100 free Simpoints, which I was able to redeem, but no Monte Vista.

    I have the option to download on Sims3.com, which seemed to download it.

    I also have Monte Vista on my Launcher, but running the Install Option it gives me an error "Sims 3 has encountered a problem and needs to close."

    Contact Customer Support for the not showing up in purchse history.

    They can be found here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us

    Choose a category, a game and a platform for the option so show up.

    If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
