Hi,
I purchased Monte Vista but when I click "Download" an error message pops up that says "An unknown error occurred". I have rebooted and tried to download in two different browsers but I still have the same problem. Any ideas? Thanks.

What is your base game version right now ?
To find out, open your launcher and hover over the little base game icon in the lower left part of the launcher. It should say 1.42.
