Purchased Monte Vista, how to get it?

Okay so I purchased UL, IP and the Monte Vista stuff pack the other day during the Origin Sale. So I've downloaded and installed UL and IP, but not Monte Vista. I've paid for it and everything should be okay, but I have no idea how to download it. I've checked EVERYWHERE.

 

Please, please help? I just want to thing I paid for.

    try this log into your the sims 3 account-my store account redeem code once you redeem the code monte vista should b then in your purchase history download and install the world once installed launch your game you will find monte vista in the +new game to start playing with it if for some reason you end up with an invalid code or used already message then you will need to contact CS

    Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
    If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

    Turns out, when I wrote the code down for the Monte Vista stuff pack, I made a Z look too much like a 2. So, I've "redeemed" it, and directs me to my Purchase History, but it's not there. So, I still need help. Thanks~
