R6025 Visual C++ Runtime Error

I 'm facing a certain problem the last two days.I recently tried to play sims 3,after a long time.I have updated the game with the latest update 1.67.. and then I 'm not sure how I did it I might have deleted something,can't explain it better,because now when I open the game a window with the title R6025 Visual C++ Runtime Error pops up.Then there is another one about a debugger or something like that.I can't understand how to fix it.Also when I open the game after skipping those windows it opens and starts normally,but when I 'm on the creating sims point I trie to open the hairtyles sector,but it doesn't open.Also when I open the precrafted sims,I can't close it if I want to.Furthermore after putting the testingcheatsenabled true cheat on the game,when I 'm on a sim family there's no more the option of changing any sim's genetic characteristics.If you know how it can be fixed please let me know with exact details and steps.
