Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 Store world can't register/install

I purchased The Sims 3: Roaring Heights via the EA App, but it’s not appearing in my Sims 3 Store purchase history, so I can’t install it. Please link it to my Sims 3 Store account so I can download it on Mac.

    I have the same issue but then with my purchase of Dragonvalley gold edition, started multiple tickets in customer service but no one responds or the ticket is closed without even bothering to fix the issue. :-(
