just downloaded laganaphyllis no problem 12 nov 2015&nbsp;but spent 1900 sim points on deliciously indulgent bakery11 nov 2015.&nbsp;tried lots of your suggestions ie run origin as administrator, cleared caches still comes up error wont down load please can you re emburse&nbsp; &nbsp;me the sim points to purchase &nbsp;something else thank you&nbsp;

is your game patched up to date 1.67 hover the mouse over the base game icon on the launcher&nbsp; and see what it says

does Origin open up instead when you hit download ?
