"Re-enter and verify you Registration code" help

Make sure nothing is blocking the connection (firewall, anti virus, another program)

I have shut down any programs that would mess with origin and stil nothing. Also which code am I supposed to be entering? The base game or the expansion? I've tried both with caps and no caps and with and without hyphens.

Oh my gosh, Exactly! I have the same problem. It says activate your game by entering codes. And when I do, it says it has already been used, cuz I alreday activiated the game a year ago while I first bought it. I hope someone can help ☹️

Wait, when you un-install doesn't your saved games fly away? Or..? But thanks for sharing! I was really looking forward to a solution c:

I have the same problem! My Sims 3 game won't install and my redeem code has already been used. What should I do?

@Sumner1 is this the first time you are installing the game? Are you installing the game from Origin or disc? Also what exactly is going wrong with the installation? Do you get errors?

I've installed this game over a year ago with my redeem code, but now its uninstalled and it isn't working. Also, I put my Sims 3 disc into my Mac computer, and I try taking it out but it won't.
