Re: Game won't load in the press play gamelauncher, nor the TS3.exe file... What to do?
- What's your operating system ?
- Does the launcher start ?
- How far do you get, try to describe what happens in as much details as possible (without getting too lenghty)
- Do all installed games show up in the Origin client ?
- Which Security Software are you using (Firewall, Antivirus) ?
- Do you have any files with xctp in your documents\electronicarts\thesims3\ folder ? (those are crash logs) ?

Could you also post this info:
- Click on Start and then type the following into the search prompt at the bottom: perfmon /rel
- Press Enter to proceed.
- A window will open and in there you can click on the red circles with a white X.
- After clicking the X, the info on the bottom will update. Choose the Sims 3 Critical Event one and right click on it and choose "View Technical Details"
- Now on the next window, choose Copy to clipboard at the very bottom and post this into a reply to us here.
