Sorry,I can't realize what do you mean.

I could log into my account on thesims3.com.

I got 500  sims points which the system gifted me.

So does it means that I have registered the game on thesims3.com?

First of all, you need to log in to your account. Then go to "My Page". And at the bottom-left you can find "Register a Game" button. Click it and then you can register with the serial code (usually 20-digit serial code).

I have typed in the serial number which I found in Origin(20 digit key).

But I have been told that the sn is invalided.

    How to fix?

  • Is that means that if my game had been installed and my account had been created,it must had been registered?

since you got your points and everything, it seems to me that everything is fine.

Was it just that message ? Can you post on the boards and download from the Exchange and Store ?

  • Thx for your reply

Is the board, exchange and store from the community in the game or just in the answer HQ?

I have downloaded nothing in the store and post nothing in the board either so I'm not sure that I can do it or not.

I can log in with my user name, and the icon of the game and dlc is high light, and I can choose two maps in the game.

I'm a new sims 3 player from asia,so My english is poor, thx for your patient!

    That would be on thesims3.com.

try logging in there and choosing the exchange and see if you can download something. It has nothing to do with the answerHQ.

You can checkout your mypage to see if the games show highlighted there (the ones you have)

  • I have 500 points in my account (Taiwan),and I have download a cloth mod and installed successfully.

    I'm having the same problem.

I was able to redeem the code from the humble bundle, install the game, and create my Sims 3 community profile.

However it's only telling me that I have partial access. And as such I am unable to login to the Sims 3 launcher when it loads and can only play and save local games.

I've followed every step here http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-3/IMPORTANT-How-do-I-redeem-my-Humble-Origin-Bundle-code-for-the/m-p/1390706 and now when I try to add a game code using any of the codes found in origin or the humble bundle code its saying the SN isn't correct.

How do I go from having partial access to full access?

  • I guess that if the starter edition key is just for partial access.

    Couldn't you log in?

I can do it,Can you download some mods adding to the game?

    So strange

@rekami: Yours sounds fine. The starter pack definitly gives you full access. You only need one EP registered to gain full access.

If logging in doesn't work, try clearing the browers caches on IE.

  • It looks like I nearly solve the issue,So what does EP mean? Expansion packs? I have already registered the EP: Late night! However I still haven't got full access!
