I not only paid for Midnight Hollow that I have not receive, but I see in my checking acct. I paid for it twice. I am very disappointed that you no longer have a customer service agent to speak to. I have been a simmer since the first game came out. I have all games and most of the patches. You would think that all of the money I spent with EA I would be able to speak to someone.
