Re: Island Paradise EP says available June 27th on my Origins Games page?

I finally got time to sit down and contact the EA customer support via the chat function (and a very long queue wait).

They checked my billing information and the order and found everything to be correct for my pre-release order but my account is not flagged for proper download of the game. They said they are aware of this issue with some customers who ordered from EA and have forwarded the report to the developers to hopefully get a fix into the Origin client.

Not real helpful in getting me playing the game today on release day but at least I've verified the problem is not on my end and that my order is correct.

Hopefully this is helpful info for anyone else having the same problem - known issue! 

I'll keep checking my origin client and hope it gets fixed soon. 😕mileysad:

    Well it's the next day now, and I've reloaded my Origin client again only to find my copy of Island Paradise is still grayed out and will not allow me to download it. It still says it won't be avail until June 27th at 6:00pm which means my account and my order are still somehow flagged for Euro release even though I reside in the US and paid for this game with a US bank and credit card. 

    I don't want to sit on hold with EA customer service again, someone PLEASE fix this!!

    I can provide all order # and billing info via private message if someone would just contact me.

    Thank you for offering more support. I did that just now, completely uninstalled and removed Origin ... reinstalled it, let it patch updates and signed back in and the problem is not fixed - I still cannot download my copy of the game. It still states available June 27th at 6:00 pm. ☹️
