Re: Sims 3 Store world can't register/install
The same thing is happening to me! There was no confirmation email sent and on the EA app it says that I own the games, however I cannot install them!

- @puzzlezaddict Hidden springs and Dragon Vally and the worlds say they are in my contents for the sims 3 but I cannot download them nor play with them.
- @Diana2214 I bought them on the Ea app and they are not in my store accounts purchase history
