Re: Song keeps playing and won't stop
So, I have a similar (No pun intended) problem. I closed the game from Create A Sim mode, and the music from CAS won't stop playing as the game is closed.

@SansPapandall I've created a new topic for you because the previous thread was a bit old, and your problem is slightly different.
When you exit CAS, are you back in Edit Town? When the current track that was playing in CAS ends, is it replaced by Edit Town music, or nothing if you're back in-game? Does it help to start playing with a household?
If you can't get rid of the CAS music despite waiting it out and switching to live mode, try quitting to desktop and clearing the five cache files in your TS3 game folder in Documents. For reference, they are:
- CASPartCache.package
- compositorCache.package
- scriptCache.package
- simCompositorCache.package
- socialCache.package
