@angryhealer Did you restart the computer after you set the default program - it looks right. After reboot check to see if it is still set correctly. Do you have Adaware or a third party antivirus installed?
@roberta591 I just got home and checked. Yes, the launcher is still set as default.

@roberta591It's not an installation problem at all; it's a download problem. I can't download the store content because windows 10 isn't recognizing the Sims3 launcher as the app it needs to use.
Nevermind. It's not a resolution, but it's a solution. Somebody in the other thread mentioned the "Downloads Dashboard" in-game. It'll take a while, but I'll just download and install through there.
