REDEEM A CODE FROM AMAZON

@LieselRose you can redeem the code in thesims3.com site in my page/my account/register a game. Or open Origin - login - click Origin in the upper left - click redeem product code...

that solved the problem with finding where to use the code but now it says the code is invalid - I will contact EA and/or orgin to answer that

The response is to contact customer support but the links provided in the thread to customer support are invalid

In this thread the code was posted and someone from support responded with a new code to use,

add: EA has probably blocked those codes because codes can not be re used. Those codes were up there a while. It is not a good idea to post codes that have not been accepted by the system as someone else could register the game and block you out.

yes, but the issue I have is I am already blocked out so I doubt anyone will find any use of my code
