Redeem code not possible
Good morning,
I bought "The Sims 3 Roaring Heights" and "The Sims 3 Monte Vista" via the Origin store, and after two months I'm still unable to redeem the poduct codes!
I received the Receipt for the purchase via email on May 30th 2014, and whenever I tried to download (of course following the instructions in the email to the letter) I receive:
The product code you entered is not valid. Please confirm that the code has been entered correctly
As often as confirm I see that I entered the CORRECT code. Can anybody help me or let me know how to get my money back
