I couldn't redeem a code for The Sims 3 through the website, so I contacted EA games and a representative redeemed it for me. But the game isn't showing up in my purchase history on https://store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html, my origin games or in the installed "expansions and stuff" tab on my game launcher either. Can anyone help me? Thanks!
@LebronsUnicorn How soon did you check - it may take a little while to appear in your account? Was it an expansion pack or store items? Where did you get the code?
@LebronsUnicorn Did you go to Origin - right click the game icon - click show game details - click extra content - click download on the pack icon.

@LebronsUnicorn If you bought it from Origin you should not have to redeem the code, the pack should just appear in Origin automatically. Did you check the Origin purchase history? If you got a code where did you get the code?
add: If the order shows in Origin purchase history you should be able to see the code that was assigned to that purchase.
@roberta591 I purchased the bundle from origin but it said the code had to be redeemed from this site https://store.thesims3.com/index.html but it wouldn't load so an EA representative had to install it, but it's not showing up in origin or in the purchase history on the Sims site. The representative said it would, yet it hasn't. 😞
