After purchasing the sims3 and all the DLC, I registered through EA. Usually, after registration, I can find the redeem free simspot button on thesims3.com to get the simspot I deserve.But when I registered the game and all the DLC.I can't find this button.I can't get mysimspoints.
Hello, i have been directed here for help.
I have recently bought a few expansion packs and stuff packs for the sims 3. They all work just fine but i remembered there was an option for getting 500 free simpoints for every EP and SP you register on the official sims 3 store site. I went there and logged in with my ea account and after i registered the first pack i got a pop up notification that i can now redeem my 500 free simpoints for registering the pack. I clicked on the pop up but i did not get the simpoints. I proceeded to register other packs and i did not even get the pop ups. I also don’t have any screenshots because i did not know that by clicking on the pop up the option to redeem it would be gone.
So now i have all of the expansions packs and most of the stuff packs but no points from them. I cannot find the option to redeem simpoints from them anymore. The ea team told me that they do not give that kind of promotion but i know there is this promotion on the sims 3 store site. I am wondering how do i get these simpoints?
sweetonesimmer I've merged your post with a longer thread on this subject. The function has appeared to be broken for a year now, and there's apparently no way to fix it on the EA end. So you're likely not getting your points.
Having said that, the actual offer was 1,000 points each for the base game and World Adventures, and nothing else other than certain limited editions of a few expansions. There was a separate glitch where the Store would keep granting points if the user went back and forth between pages (and got lucky), which probably made some people think they were getting points for each registered pack. But that was never by design.
Hi, going back to this game for a while now. I played first time maybe in 2011. Still got the CD and the serial key from the original game. I'm pretty sure I'm actualy logged to my first and only account. I started with the launcher, then origin app when it appeared and now EA app. I saw everything in 15 years but the only thing I didnt care about was my simpoint.
Actualy I got 0 SP. How ? I got 90% of Sim's big pack (no stuff) but from online store. and I never spend simpoint (at least I have no history orders and no object on my collection).
Today I need some store stuff to unlock worlds like Boroughsburg and I'm stuck because i got no simpoint. I'm a bit sad about it and dont understand how I didnt get any simpoint in 15 years specialy with lot of packs from the serie.
There is any way to get reward ? I dont know if migration from launcher to origin then EA store broke something but I need a way to get some SP without spending more money than I did for decade.

Neocrife I've merged your post with the master thread for this issue, which is that the free SimPoints offer doesn't work anymore and hasn't for over a year, according to the posts. So there's no way to get the points you would have years ago.
If it makes you feel slightly better, the offer was only ever 1,000 points for each of the base game and World Adventures, not for every pack. Some limited-edition versions of expansions came with extra points, and there was a glitch on the Store site that let people keep clicking the button to redeem points after they'd already received what they were owed. But that wasn't by design.
Thanks you. Well even 1 or 2,000 points were good start for me, I mean, to buy what I need. Dont need more. So I'm still sad to not get what I deserve. But thanks for the answer.
While surfing the internet, I discovered that by registering the game CDK, others could obtain free Simpoints. However, it might be because I registered the CDK on the current EA launcher instead of the previous Origin launcher and the SIM3 website (www.thesims3.com）, so the button for obtaining rewards disappeared. I hope to get back the simpoints that rightfully belongs to me. I registered a total of 20 CDKs on the EA launcher.
