@Hajdok11 When you open the EA Help site in a browser window, you can set your location to U.S. or U.K. in that window, and you may get the option to do a live chat. If you don't, then try selecting a slightly different category of issue. Live chat is actually better than a phone call in many cases.

For each disc, take a photo showing the disc itself, its case, and the product code. Upload these photos when you're submitting the help request.
