@ciosunshine Do you have access to the old computer? You may be able to retrieve the code from the registry of the old computer. When you buy the game/packs you do not "own" the game. What you pay for is a license to use the software. This is in the form of a code you use to activate the game. Prior to Origin is was up to the user to keep track of the code. With Origin the code has become a true activation code and Origin retains this code so you can download the game again at any time without a code. Once a code has been accepted by the system that code is locked to the account in use at that time. There is nothing on the disc case or on the disc that could prove ownership as they are generic. Any new installation has to have Origin as DRM. If you had registered the pack on thesims3.com EA customer service "MAY" be able to recover the code - link - EA customer service

@ciosunshine If you registered the pack in thesims3.com EA customer service "may" be able to recover the code or at least confirm you registered the pack. At that point it is up to EA service rep.
