Redeeming sims 3 expansion pack without a product code. Is it possible?

am using a surface pro 3 to play sims 3 and I had purchased the generations expansion pack at a store years ago. I don't have the product code for it anymore and I need it to so I can redeem it on or...

You can try asking to redeem an expansion pack through EA Support. I lost all my Sims 3 expansion and stuff packs and I am asking them if you could add to my account for free.
