Redeeming sims 3 expansion pack without a product code. Is it possible?

am using a surface pro 3 to play sims 3 and I had purchased the generations expansion pack at a store years ago. I don't have the product code for it anymore and I need it to so I can redeem it on or...

@ciosunshine  If you registered the pack in thesims3.com EA customer service "may" be able to recover the code or at least confirm you registered the pack. At that point it is up to EA service rep.
