Refund Issues?

Maybe someone can shed some light on this issue I have tried Multiple times to get a full refund for the sims 3 and the game packs that I purchased it with it. The refund request was issued within 2...

    Hi there @Thomasmo77 

    The Sims 3 Starter Pack would be eligible for a refund, just confirming, you have received the refund for this right?

    As for DLC, individual DLC and in-game currencies are not refundable if purchased separately. They would only be eligible for a refund if all that content was purchased as a bundle. You can read over the refund eligibility and details on the Great Game Guarantee in the article here.

    @EA_SolaireSo IF I bought them all together same day they DLCs are not refundable? Why Was I told by support that I would be getting a refund for all of them?
