Registering A Game
I am playing Sims 3 through my Origin/EA Play subscription. I was trying to use the exchange but it says I need to register the game. Is there a way to do that.

@michelle_renee86 Just checking, but did you try to sign into the Sims 3 site using your Origin account credentials? If you'd bought the game outright through Origin, you'd be able to sign into the site without creating a new account. I think that's not how it works for people who just use Origin Access/EA Play to download the game, but I haven't tried that route.
At any rate, I'll ask if someone knows the answer. It might take a couple days to get a reply though, this being the weekend.
Yeah, I used my Origin/EA play, because I have the subscription.
@michelle_renee86 Yes, I understand, but did you try signing into the Sims 3 site using the email address and password you use for Origin?

Hey @michelle_renee86,
Like @puzzlezaddict mentioned, if you can confirm that you are logging in with the right account details but it's still not working, you can try this:
- Right-click on the game on your library > click on Game Properties
- You will find a CD Key there > copy it
- Go to thesims3.com, log in, and register the copied code
Hopefully, you can use the Exchange soon! 🙂

@puzzlezaddict yes, I signed in through the sims 3 website. I had to it wouldn't let me sign in using the game launcher until after I signed into the website, for some reason.
@EA_Leeloo I already tried that, it didn't work.
