REGISTRATION CODE ISSUE****
Hi,
So basically I have already registered my game and everything but when I am about to play the game a sign pops up saying
"Re-enter and verify your Registration Code" "Please carefully re-enter the entire code found either in your confirmation email, your game manual/product packaging, or game card."
Basically I have entered all the codes I have (the base game and extension pack codes.) None of them seem to be working, and my game was working jsut fine like 5 days ago.
How do you fix this problem so I can actually play sims3 again? :/

Basically, I just went on the live chat thing. and they went through security questions and details so they knew it wasn't a hacker who is asking. & even if you forgot your security question answer they will send you a code via email 🙂
Then they just told me to unistall sims 3 off the computer (but you would need to do it through the live chat as they edit it through there I think (you won't be able to do it by yourself.) then said for me to reinstall it.
They are very helpful 🙂 I recommened using the live chat as it is the easiest way (and it's not a video chat, its just like messaging 🙂 )
