REGISTRATION CODE ISSUE****

Hi,

So basically I have already registered my game and everything but when I am about to play the game a sign pops up saying

"Re-enter and verify your Registration Code" "Please carefully re-enter the entire code found either in your confirmation email, your game manual/product packaging, or game card." 

Basically I have entered all the codes I have (the base game and extension pack codes.) None of them seem to be working, and my game was working jsut fine like 5 days ago. 

How do you fix this problem so I can actually play sims3 again? :/

    Basically, I just went on the live chat thing. and they went through security questions and details so they knew it wasn't a hacker who is asking. & even if you forgot your security question answer they will send you a code via email 🙂

    Then they just told me to unistall sims 3 off the computer (but you would need to do it through the live chat as they edit it through there I think (you won't be able to do it by yourself.) then said for me to reinstall it.

    They are very helpful 🙂 I recommened using the live chat as it is the easiest way (and it's not a video chat, its just like messaging 🙂 )

    make sure origin and the sims 3 is not been blocked by your antivirus/firewall

    is this is happening in the blue installation window  ?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your help 🙂

    The game is already installed fully, and it just happens when I press the "play button" on "the Sims 3 launcher"

    I don't think my antivirus program is blocking it as I have used it before with the same virus program but I will contact the CS.

    please let us know what happens and if  CS can solve it and what steps where taken to fix the issue as it may help other players who run into the same issue if they can't help let us know and one of the helpers may be able to assist further
