[Resolved] Sims 3 expansion/stuff pack download error

I got a new laptop so I tried to reinstall my Sims 3 game plus expansions through Origin. I had no problems with the base game and other expansions but every time I try to download Supernatural a me...

    Hello all,

    We've released a backend fix for this issue yesterday, at this time believe it to be resolved. 

    Thank you all for your patience while we worked towards a resolution.

I have also had the same problem since last Thursday. 

I'm not even mad about the bug itself, I suppose it can happen during a migration between two platforms. What I am mad about is that you can still buy packs you cannot download with NO WARNING and that they have made absolutely no statement acknowledging the issue or offering solution perspectives. 

This is really unfair for the people who have spent good money to play the game.

@Hellophil36 exactly! 5 days now, still trying to troubleshoot, driving myself nuts. Nothing works, even tried going on my sons computer to make 100% sure it's not me, lol! But yeh still the same thing
