@alexnolfo Do you use mods, or are you willing to add a few? I'm wondering if maybe the save has an excess of resort workers or other NPCs and is struggling to assign them at all. There's an easy way to tell, and to flush the sims if necessary, with NRaas MasterController; a few other mods may be helpful whether this is the problem or not.
