Hello,

a few months ago i bought the world Roaring Heights via the EA app next i went on the store website to redeem the code but problem the world never showed up on the sims 3 launcher so i could install it in the game.

Now everytime i enter the code it tells me i already used the code but i still haven't got what i bought, i can't even buy it again because on the EA app it tells me i already own it.

i looked over some posts about Roaring Heights but none seems to have the same issue as me so i hope someone will be able to help me

  • Neaqa  Roaring Heights won't appear in the launcher on its own.  You need to download it from the Store, after which it'll show up in the launcher's Downloads section for you to install.

    Can you download RH, either from your purchase history (Store > My Store Account > Purchase History) or from its product page?

    Hi I'm also having this issue but, to my knowledge, I never received information on where to get my code. I purchased the Roaring Heights add-on directly on the EA app. I checked my sims 3 store purchase history and no luck.

  • spinnysims2  You should have received an email confirmation for the purchase, and that confirmation should have included a product code.  Please see the thread I linked above for more information.

    Hi there, I purchased directly on the app and the app says I have it but the store says that I don't. How can I fix this? Thanks

    As because of some technical issues, we are not able to use and play this pack, so we can provide you the refund and you can rebuy it after sometime this is what i was told by support

    Hi! If it’s in your email, there should be something in the email that says “view this message online” and if you look under the purchase, it shows the code! I was having the same issue and just figured it out lol
