Hello, I installed The Sims 3 but in the three attempts that I installed the game it didn't load, when I entered any neighborhood, it entered the loading screen and didn't go to the end, then the music stopped and no one entered the neighborhood. can you help me?

@salesvineyt&nbsp; If you use any mods or custom content, please test without it.

If that's not the issue, let me know what antivirus you use, and whether OneDrive is running on this computer, even if you never use it yourself.

Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to your reply.
