@Lisa260792 When you say you downloaded an expansion pack, did you download it from the EA App, or did you use a disc to install it? This is important because it changes how the game is launched and what patch level you have.
Please do try playing with your computer offline, as I suggested in my previous post. Even if you don't want to do so going forward, it's a useful test.

I downloaded them using discs.. but I found the problem, I opened the application and logged out then just clicked on start and it is now working without the error 😬😬😬 very happy,
