You can actually go to the Origin client and then click on the game and choose i. It should give you the product code right there.
Thanks crinrict. I had to reinstall my digital downloaded expansion pack for the Sims 3 and I went back in my email, trying to look for the serial numbers for them, but I did not find it there.
- Open up Origin client
- Right click on the game
- Click 'Show Game Details'
And there's no product code showing ? What about if you click on the game and choose i ?

i purchased this game online today, i have an order confirmation email with no code in it. i do not know how to access this code any other way as it is not in my email
Did you buy it through Origin ?
If so, download the Origin client here: http://origin.com/download
Log in with the account you bought it with and the game will be in my games to download.
When I try to use the cd key provided from origin I get a weird message stating Unable to identify map or Undefined something... as if its wrong.
