Serial number invalid

Dear Sir,Due to the problem with your product, SIMS3, I wrote this letter to you.I bought Sims3 from the origin site from EA, Korea.Hearing that serial number&nbsp;I was received as the time of buying this product would get the SIMpointsHowever, when I entered serial number&nbsp;on the site,&nbsp;I got the message below.'The serial code you entered is invalid. Please enter a valid serial code and re-submit.'Please let me know what was the problem or some how to get the point.Hope to get the response soon
